"Very helpful staff both at drop off and return. We were badly delayed and returned two hours late but our car was waiting. We had to pay a fee as parking time had incurred a charge, but we were quite happy to pay as the car was ready and by then it was the small hours of the morning."

"Took the stress out of parking using this method. The only draw back is you need to phone 20 mins before arrival which is ok if your travelling with someone but not on your own. All was swift and easy. Downside, car had bird droppings so maybe it was parked under a tree. As I exited and tried to find my way to the main rd the car heater blew out on its highest level with air con on. I couldn't concentrate sorting driving in the correct exit lane and turn it all off. After a very hot sweat, all was good. I would use again but mention to put heat on off etc."
