"Excellent in every way., My trip was complicated. I cancelled, then re-instated and Simply Smart were helpful and courteous throughout. The trip was then cut short by a week, Simply Smart re-arranged the pick up and actually gave me a refund for the unused time. Recommend unreservedly."

"Reason for 2 star for exit process was because in your pick up instructions you say top floor (which is level 5 but also state where I left car which was 4th floor as per your drop off instructions. Please make it clearer in your next lot of instructions."

"Departure was ok. Followed all the guidelines with calling 20 mins before, had to wait 5-10 mins for the guy to turn up to collect the car. Arrival back home was very poor. Called when we had our bags as requested, made our way to the car park via grabbing a coffee and had to wait 25 minutes for the guy to bring the car back. He'd been sent to the North terminal even though I'd said we were in the south terminal. Pretty poor to be honest."

"We had a difficult drop off as the instructions said to go to the top floor (5th) but actually the staff were on the 4th floor. We very nearly missed our flight because of it. On the plus side, the return process was very smooth. As instructed, we called when we had picked up our luggage, grabbed a few groceries and our car was being pulled up as we go to the car park. The price was very good and I would recommend the service."
