"The suggestion is that you phone for the return of your car after you have collected your baggage, perhaps this should be as you arrive in the baggage hall so as to minimise delays in waiting for the car to be returned ?"

"Used a lot of Meet & Greet operators at Gatwick. This one is pretty good and I liked the way that date & arrival time is displayed on a ticket in the front windscreen. All systems seemed pretty efficient but it wasn't the cheapest one I have used. Like the operators that you drop off and pick up the cars outside the hotel too as car park 5 is quite a long way if like me you are disabled and in a wheelchair."

"Have used you 3 times for gatwick parking in the last 2 months.......each time a different experience at handover time , one time mill age was checked , one I asked for a valet on the car , brilliant job done ..the next time the chap new nothing about it , but gave me a telephone number to ring . I had other things to sort out so it didn't happen.....Could not find details of valet service on your website when booking either. "

"This was the first time I've used a meet and greet service, I usually park in the airport car parks and get the transfer bus. This service was £20 more than the standard airport park and ride, but worth every penny. I'll definitely be using simply park again in the future, they made it so easy and quick for me and my family to get to the terminal. Thank you!"
