"We called 20 mins before arrival at fat wick south. And on arrival no one to greet us. I called again car finally got collected 35 minutes after first call. On our return I called after collecting our luggage I was told our car will be ready by time we got to car park . No car at car park, I waited 20 mins before calling again to ask where car was . I had a very rude Asian man tell me that it takes 25 mins together to car park . I told him I had already waited 25 mins. He said it shouldn't be long. I said I wasn't impressed with the service as its meant to be meet and greet . So why was I having to wait . He rudely told me that's why it was cheap and hung up on me. I waited a further 10 mins before calling again to be told the car will arrive soon. I said that I was disgusted with my previous call to them and how I was treated and he said he had only just come on shift . My car arrived 5 minutes after 3rd call. So 50 minute wait. Then as we drove off I got my daughter to check mileage used and they had driven my car 110 miles . No impressed"

"whilst the service is cheap the issue is getting your car back - i called to confirm i had received my baggage as requested - it took 35 minutes to get my car. i am sure if i took a shuttle bus it would have been quicker."

"The staff were there upon my arrival and also when I went to collect my car which was exactly what we wanted from a meet&Greet service. The milage had increased by 13 miles for the round trip which I think is quite acceptable and the staff were friendly. The only thing that they didnt really do was to note the existing marks on the car."

"No one was there to meet up at drop off even though we called when we were 20 mins away. On return we had to wait 40 mins for our car to be returned. After our initial call the number just rang out and no one picked up. The car was covered in mud and a headlight bulb was out when it was brought back. Mentioned this to the member of staff who returned the car. He was very rude and aggressive. I'll never use again."
