"On arrival I waited in the car park and couldn't find the represeentative to pick up the car. I was advised to wait in a prominent place - no one approached me and I had to chase round the car park to find the representative in the orange jacket. On return I phoned at 01.01am and finally collected the car at 01.38am. ( I was told you were very busy - however this was no consollation at 1.38am in the morning to me) I use valet parking all the time at Gatwick and this was poor service in comparison with other companies. I welcome for response Cathy "
