"A simple to use and efficient system. I was slightly put out that I was obliged to call on the day to confirm my booking but this was dealt with and only caused a minor delay. The return was prompt and no problem. Overall, a good experience. Thank you."

"Your driver entered the car park like it was a racetrack. Knowing I was there waiting, how does he drive when I am not there. I had to pay the exit fee if £3.50 because his card didn't work and he had no money. This means I have paid twice. There was a delay in returning the vehicle but I think I was due at 8.30 not 7.30."
