"Arrival was great but exit let you down. The chap for exit was not remotely bothered that it was taking such a long time to return the car. When we did get it back the radio had been retuned (infuriating) and it had a strange damp type smell inside. For night flights it is a good service but the traffic for daytime flights into the car park is too heavy. Thank you."
