"Due to BA's incompetence and disorganisation, I was made to miss my flight by one minute even though I was there well within good time . Parking people completely apathetic to what happened to me and wouldn't even reimburse me a penny even though I was still willing to have paid for whatever they'd done for me already. I was an exceptional case with the back up of BA and Simply Park should have allowed me to be an exception to their rules. It was incredibly unkind and inconsiderate."

"The first time I used you I was very impressed so much so I recommended a friend of mine Nigel Beesley to use you and he did. Unfortunately this trip was not so good excellent on arrival but when we came to pick the car up we had to wait 30 minutes or more. We called when we had our luggage and my wife had to call again and the driver said "I told you we would be with you in 20 minutes" my wife said you certainly did not. So thirty minutes later our car arrived..........now I can understand why the drivers seat may have needed altering to drive it but my wife's seat the front passenger one was so low and out of kilter to its normal position........the radio stations had all been altered and even the BIG bag of sweeties in the glove box where nearly all gone. Not good.............sorry"
