"I can't recommend them highly enough: their service was simply excellent. As they drove away with my car I realized that I had left my mobile in the car: I borrowed a colleague's mobile, called the company and a manager came back to the airport personally with my mobile. If all companies had their kind of customer service the world would be a happier place."

"All OK this time as I called as soon as we were off the plane rather than after passport control. This avoided waiting 20 minutes for our car to be returned and it was waiting for us once we got to the pick up point. One thing which I am not keen on is over friendliness from the valet drivers - they should always use a formal address not first names - Management please note."
