"The only issue concerned parking. The only place we found to park at the pickup point was in a disabled bay. Not sure what we would have done otherwise as paperwork needed to be filled in. Other than that, we picked up the car quickly, and it was very good value for money."

Also the car was filthy on the outside. Don't know where it was kept but it has sticky stuff all over it, bird droppings and dirt. Other than these two things the service was good"

"When we arrived we called after picking up luggage as per your request. We were advised that it would take 25 min after that. That is quite a long time and if that is the case you should make this clear so we can call a little earlier. Even after that we only got our cars after 45mins!!! The reason for delay was they were busy!"
