"Our petrol seemed more depleted than we would have expected as it was just under half which shows as 4 bars on the petroleum gage and when we got it back it was only on 2 bars. Also the car was filthy on the outside. Don't know where it was kept but it has sticky stuff all over it, bird droppings and dirt. Other than these two things the service was good"

That is quite a long time and if that is the case you should make this clear so we can call a little earlier. Even after that we only got our cars after 45mins!!! The reason for delay was they were busy!"

"The arrival process was quick, efficient and friendly. We were, however, not given a copy of the contract and I think we should be. The RETURN/PICK-UP was VERY SLOW. We collected our luggage and called as instructed. We called at 15.30 and were told it would be 15 minutes. Our car finally arrived at 16.07, NEARLY 40 MINUTES after we'd called. VERY DISAPPOINTING!"
