"It should be highlighted better that on the initial drop off of the car, that a customer should ring 20 minutes before they arrive. This wasnt clear therefore we had to wait. (I know its our own fault for not reading the whole thing better)"

"On arrival we were waiting over 20 minutes to hand the car keys in. Once the driver arrived and we still obviously waiting, he dealt with another couple who literally just arrived and were half out there car!! We were left waiting further 5 minutes and I was left then with no choice but to say that we had been waiting for a long time now. No apology was given. "

"I believe your driver should conduct a thorough walk around the car on collection with the owner and document any marks, dents etc and then do the same on return and take the owner around the car. I have found a large scratch on my car on returning home. I should've checked myself at the airport so cannot say it definitely happened whilst in your care, but know it wasn't there when I dropped the car off. Also I was a bit concerned that my on-board crash camera had been deliberately disconnected (it's not possible to do it without physically removing the cable). This made me question whether it was actually parked as you said it would be as clearly you do not want me to review the driving of your drivers or where it's actually parked. If there is nothing to hide then why disconnect the camera. I was happy with the service I received I just believe the handover could be more thorough and you have aroused suspicion by disconnecting a camera and it's not clear why you would do that."

"Couldn't have been a smoother process. Everything happened exactly as the process was documented, and everything was made very clear. Drivers were both very courteous and had us on our way very quickly both before and after our trip, which is the whole point of valet parking. Would definitely use again and recommend to others."
