"Can't think why I would ever spend 15 mins+ looking for a remote car park, then carry my luggage to a bus, wait for the bus to fill up. Then finally spend another 15 mins on a bus to the airport Then do that same when I get back"

"The process is convenient and definitely saves you time in comparison to shuttles from car parks or similar. However, it is far from seemless. I have used this service twice in the last month and have waited 25mins and 15mins for my car to be bought to me, even after following all correct phoning procedures etc. So overall, I would recommend as it's worth the money...but it's not perfect."

"Dropping off the car was smooth and the agents were ready and waiting for us. When collecting the car we had to wait almost 20 minutes for it to be dropped back to us despite phoning when we collected the bags. The agent was keen to have the car signed off and I wanted to have a look around the car first before signing. Mileage and any marks already existing on the car were not checked when the vehicle was dropped off or again when I collected it by the agent. "

"On arriving at Gatwick for departure we nearly missed our flight. Meet and Greet staff were there ready to help us. On arrival back to Gatwick we landed at a different terminal and staff changed our car pick up with no issues and excellent service. Highly recommended !"

"Booking process, drop off and pick up were all handled with ease. The driver who met us was polite and friendly. When we collected our car we did not have to wait too long and the driver was also very polite. We did notice slight scratching on the vehicle and highlighted this to the driver. He took photos of the areas we pointed out and asked us to report this to the company when we got home. This is now being dealt with. Although this is not ideal the situation was still dealt with professionally."
