"Really was an excellent service. A slight delay when we arrived t drop off but you can't account for volume of cars coming in. Delivery of car back to us was perfect, very friendly driver even though it took us a bit longer to get out of the terminal. I use this type of service frequently, definitely the best one so far, thank you."

"A reasonably good reliable service although I did have 14 extra miles on the clock so do not know where my vehicle had been parked. My only real gripes were the meet and greet process, location and height of car park roof, as outlined below. The 4th floor of the car park 5 at Gatwick Airport was exceptionally busy. When we finally parked there was no one to meet and greet. After 10 mins or so after me going to ground floor customer services and my wife phoning contact number on mobile, a member of staff finally arrived. I have a small van and found the car park roof height rather low. It would have been useful to be told this as my roof ariel scraped all the way up to 4th floor. i was unable to stop and adjust due to traffic behind me. Fortunately, it wasn't damaged. On collection, we called your mobile number as requested after luggage collected and made our way to 4th floor. Again no one was there and no sign of van. We had to approach 2 staff members who were having a chat. It was then we were informed that the van would be around 10 mins and to stand at top of ramp. Finally it would be better if the ground floor of the car park could be used."

"I cannot prove this so I will consider the matter closed, however a large number of miles (approximately 70) were driven with my vehicle, I ensured that I had enough fuel for my return journey around 150 miles was showing on the trip computor yet all I had on collection was 84 miles meaning a fuel stop on the way home. "Car came back in a worse state than when we left it. Took it in with 1/4 of a tank full and received it with the petrol light flashing so if using this company leave plenty of juice! Exhaust is now making a horrible noise since picking up the car. Hope to find out what the issue is this weekend but too much of a coincidence that it started as soon as we oicked the car up from Simply Park. "
