"The car wasn't actually at Gatwick when we arrived, despite calling before hand. We ended up with a 25 minute wait in the carpark. With two kids after a long flight this wasn't ideal! Won't be using again."

"Terrible service. I phoned 20mins before arriving at the airport to drop off, as instructed, as then they would be waiting when I got there. 36mins later they arrive to pick up the car. When I returned I phoned from baggage reclaim, again as instructed, and 30mins later my car arrived. It would be significantly cheaper and take the same amount of time to use one of the big off site car parks and catch the shuttle bus. Total waste of money. I used other similar services before, and they were excellent. This one does not even come close."
