"Nice and easy drop off only had to wait 10 mins, coming back at 3:00 on Sunday morning I had to wait about 20 mins, which I didn't think was too bad. The only slight problem was my cad had quite a bit of mud splutter that it didn't have before."

"We were not very happy at all as we were kept waiting for a while on our departure and then worse than that we were kept waiting 45 minutes for our car on our return and when a man called Jalal eventually came and I asked why we had been kept waiting so long He barely replied and did not offer an apology. We obviously paid extra for meet and greet so that we could get off quickly on our return as we had to collect our son from the person who had been looking after him for us. We were unhappy with the service and even more unhappy when we got no apology or explanation whatsoever."

"Collection and delivery back of the car was quick and without issue. My one comment is that when calling 20 mins before arrival it is the case that the number is engaged for quite a few attempts before connection. It's a bit frustrating. "
