"So, if the rating is out of 5, I would award 2.5 out of 2.5 for our arrival at Gatwick South. On our return, it would have to be 0 out of 2.5, as the guy went to the North Terminal instead of the South, and when we were finally reunited with our car, the guy didn't even say "I'm so sorry for any inconvenience, my mistake". So, overall, 2.5 out of 5 on this particular occasion, sorry!"

"Everything was perfect apart from the dustance that it’s advertised where they send the car. Our car is electric and even though it says 5-6 miles which is 12 miles total, we asked the guy to confirm and explained that if it’s much further than that then we don’t have enough miles to go back home when we pick up the car, when we picked the car it was almost 30 miles less. "

"I would like to raise a complaint regarding damage to my dashcam. As I was driving back from Gatwick airport last night, I noticed that the dash cam was leaning, and that every time I tried to straighten it, the dashcam reverted to its crooked position. It was only when I got home, and the vehicle was stationary that I noticed that the dashcam unit was no longer attached to the windscreen but was suspended by the adhesive pad which had been stretched and causing the unit to dangle. Also, the cable (for the rear camera) was hanging on by one of its many wires and the separated from the brass-coloured insert which was lodged in its slot. After seeing the damage, I contacted the operator who informed me to email them with photos of the damage. The rear-view camera is no longer operable. I am extremely unhappy, the dashcam was only fitted recently. I have attached photos showing the damage"

"Amazing and affordable service. It would have cost me the same if I took the train. It would have cost me 50% more if I parked at the usual Gatwick long stay parking and plus the hassle of waiting for a bus to the terminal. On return I called the guys after passport control and 13 mins later my car was waiting for me. I definitely recommend this specially for family and for heavy travellers."
