"The drop off & collection processes were fairly smooth although we did have to wait a few minutes for the car to be returned after a long flight. I was displeased however that having specifically requested that the memory for the drivers seat & climate control settings were not tampered with, that my request was completely ignored with both being completely shut off."

"I had to wait over 20 minutes for the attendant to take my car away after arriving at Gatwick airport. I also don't think he was an approved contractor as he had no jacket on and turned up into a circa 25 year old car. If you pay a premium for meet and greet parking you expect it to be more convenient and this was not."
