"We experienced a bit of faffing around remembering to call exactly 20 mins before arriving at Gatwick. As we phoned late (10mins to go) we had to wait 10mins for the car parking rep to arrive. Otherwise a slick and pleasant service."

I was particularly impressed with the fact that they photographed the car before we handed over the keys - found that very reassuring. My only issue is with the post code provided for south terminal - kept taking us to north terminal. When I ran the company they directed me to the right place and told me that the postcode was wrong - so guys please update the information you send out. Other than that - first class service !!!"
