"Staff are always there on arrival, but always seem to wait for 10 - 15 minutes after agreed pick up time, which seems petty, but when you have been flying for hours, and you give them the 20 minutes notice, to then wait a further 15 on top, when all you want to do is go home is a littl annoying to say the least. that said i would try the service for a third time and hope that the pick up can match the drop off on my 3rd go."

"Whole operation went smoothly, despite me being delayed by M6/M25 traffic by more than 2 hours. Plane landed an hour early, but only waited a few minutes for car, returned in the condition i left it. Very friendly drivers. I will use again."

"Very short wait when we arrived for someone to collect our car (15 mins earlier than we requested). Easy to find and on return we rang, once we picked up our baggage and only waited a few minutes until our car arrived. Very friendly staff.....will definately use Simply again. Many thanks "
