"communication was very good on the telephone on dropping the keys off in the lay-by I was told I was wrong to have met them there as the car would have fitted under the barrier of the normal carpark (1.80) I told the driver that the car was 1.88. On collecting the car I waited in the carpakr as instructed assuming the barrier height was incorrect only to witness the driver smash the car into the barrier at speed and when i complained was told it wasnt his problem as the car was on access height which. Rude service despite the good initial service. "

"There was some confusion over where to drop off and pick up. The written instructions said top floor of orange 3 south terminal car park but by phone the fourth floor and on pick up by phone the first floor. Nb our friends picked up on the fourth but dropped off on the top floor. Our car also had some marks on the driver door which on inspection were dirt but needed rubbing off. How did that get there?"
