"Pleasant Staff, not an excessive wait considering roadworks and traffic, however using an upper floor for meet and greet a bit of a pain when using a larger vehicle. (Not their fault)"

"I rang at 3pm to be picked up and it took 35 minutes wait in a cold carpark and this made the whole meet and great pointless we could of got a bus to an off site parking much quicker and collected the car. I won't be using this service again for this reason "
