"Booking process was really simple. We were met on arrival at Gatwick with a swift hand over (they take photos before taking the car). We arrived back at 3am and the driver arrived promptly. We had a little confusion over the written documents giving an incorrect collection point but the driver called us to tell us where he was. Overall we were very happy with this meet and greet company. Thank you!"

"Very good drop off no problems there to meet us. Unfortunately on the return we had a slight problem on that I was told the wrong car park to go to. This resulted in us waiting for 30 minutes at 6.30 am . I phoned back only to be told a different car park. Other than that everything was good."

When I've called the man is waiting 20 minutes as said on the form and on arrival back the guy has said it will be 15 minutes so i've grabbed a coffee and by the time I got to the car park my car was there.
