"I was apprehensive at first due to the excellent price I paid. I have to say the service was very slick and everything was as written on the companies instructions. So if you follow these then you shouldn't have any problems. I wasn't travelling during peak times (school holidays etc) so I'm not sure what the service would be like during these busy times. I would use and recommend again. Thanks"

"The arrival/pickup process was a bit confusing as paperwork said top floor orange but the operator directed us somewhere else and I dd not hear that as was navigating traffic so stuck to paperwork. Phone operators were a little stroppy although the staff who met us at car were very friendly It would also be really useful to know what 20 minutes before arriving is, maybe use a landmark, as I had no clue and was pretty much on the airport when I rang. Other than that very good value for money service and I would use you again if the price was right."

"I think the service you provide for the money is excellent. If I had one criticism it would be in the collection of the vehicle although i fully appreciate that this isn't an easy one to tackle. When you've been on a long haul flight or any flight I guess you just want to get out of the airport and into your car and away. Can understand not wanting to be contacted until we have collected our bags from baggage collection, but once we have them it's only 10mins max back to the collection point. We still waited atleast 20mins for the car to be returned, which is a little frustrating."
