"Having used your services on numerous occasions and had good experiences on arrival back yesterday I contact your drop off team to be told your plane was delayed so you will have to wait as other customers were being serviced. I understood this however I have no control over the delayed flight when i ask him for an approx. time he replied when it gets there and was quite rude I Q him further he imitated may be 20 mins I waited at the pickup point for approx. 40 mins and made a further call again your controller was rude in his attitude and just said the vehicles in the car park I believe your services is of a good standard however this employee requires more customer care training feed back from you would be appreciated regards DR Evans "

"All was good car park 6 a little official to find but that was not the fault of SP&F. Also I did Hi k gang meet and greet was when your car was collected from you outside departures and then bought back to you outside , but perhaps I am mistaken. Otherwise car was waiting for me when I got to carpark and all good "

"Simple and easy - just what you need. However, the meeting point on level 4, Park 6 means that for each occasion a car needs to travel 20 storeys up and down. Ground level will be much more convenient for everybody. Best!"
