"Arrival was fine but collection was disappointing as we had to wait nearly 30 mins after our call and repeated attempts to find out what was happening."

"Thank you for for a quick and easy booking. Booked on the day and dropped the car of with no problems. Easy to locate once you put the postcode they give into sat nav. Right next to terminal. On arrival, I called up to let them know. Stepped in to the car park and my car arrived. Was so pleased with service especially after a whole day of travelling! Thanks again"

"Booked for 1pm drop off didn't show until 1.20pm after 3 phone calls, driver just said "not my fault" had to wait 10 minutes at 1am with 3 children for car to be dropped off. Used meet and greet many times never had to wait around before, driver and car always been waiting for me, will not use this company again. "

"On collecting my car I noted a scuff to one of the alloys. As it was 1am, The agent said to call customer services the next morning in order to rectify the damage. I made the call and was asked to forward the photos that I'd taken and a full explanation to them. I have yet to have a reply!!"

"When we arrived to park at Gatwick we made a mistake and went to the top floor as it said on my print out but apparently you told us 4th floor so we were over the time for a free exit from the park. Your driver asked us for £3.50 for the exit charge as we had been over 20 minutes. We paid this £3.50 but when I got to my destination I realised that I had paid £7 in the booking fee for entrance and exit fees. When we came back to Gatwick there was no problem at all. "
