"Disappointingly we waited for over an hour after my call to collect the car once we arrived back at Gatwick. I rang the carpark company 3 times to try and get updates as to the whereabouts of the car - they did not ring me in that hour other than to return a call. The traffic was blamed for the delay but when we finally left the airport there were no traffic problems to be seen in any direction. We were not offered an apology. it was a real shame as I've booked through simply park and fly before and never had a problem with either drop off or pick up."
