"Al fine but two calls to collect the cars, the phone staff member said he was at floor 1 , I was there .. But no driver , driver Kruni then said he had been upstairs 45 minutes , I had only called 25mins before , he was lying .. And the ticket showed he had just come in. Overall good but just need quicker pick up slightly."

"Good value for money. There seemed to be some initial confusion with them finding booking when we rang for pickup/delivery. All OK in the end with no real delays, but strongly recommend you to have your booking confirmation/ reference to hand, both outbound and return. "

"Disappointingly we waited for over an hour after my call to collect the car once we arrived back at Gatwick. I rang the carpark company 3 times to try and get updates as to the whereabouts of the car - they did not ring me in that hour other than to return a call. The traffic was blamed for the delay but when we finally left the airport there were no traffic problems to be seen in any direction. We were not offered an apology. it was a real shame as I've booked through simply park and fly before and never had a problem with either drop off or pick up."
