"Got straight through to arrange drop off of my car someone was there in minutes to take my car off me. When returning to Gatwick made the call once we collected our luggage by the time we got to the car park my car was there in minutes. All staff where friendly polite and efficient. Would use again and recommend to friends and family."

"We arrived a bit early on the 2nd and caught out the representative, who had no paperwork relating to our car. But quickly got over! Collection was very smooth on the 9th - only had to wait a couple of minutes. The only downside of dealing with your company is the receipt of an email from you literally minutes after I had originally booked, offering a discount that could have saved us around £7. I sent you an email, asking if the discount could be retrospectively applied, but did not get any reply to that - or the chaser I sent a few days later."

"At the departure all ok. At the return, I had to anticipate of 1 day due to a change of plans, so I performed the date change (and paid the difference) online. When I called the staff upon luggage collection, they did have no clue about it and still expecting the car to be collected the day after. They took 1 hour to give me an update, and the driver was sent to the wrong terminal as well! So I got the car back after 1 hour and 15 minutes wait, really disappointed and frustrated. "
