"Very impressed with this service, I telephoned as advised 20 mins before arrival at Gatwick and the Simply Smart representative was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. He was very pleasant, polite and with a big smile - and I received exactly the same level of service upon my return. I will definitely use Simply Smart again and would highly recommend them to fellow passengers."
