"GOOD SERVICE THIS TIME. WAITED 10 MINS ON ARRIVAL BUT THE CAR WAS WAITING WHEN WE ARRIVED ONLY CONFUSION WAS THAT WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT FLOOR TO GO TO WHEN ARRIVING BACK AS IT WAS NOT ON THE PAPERWORK AND WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD THE TOP FLOOR. HAS TO RING BACK AS IT WAS FLOOR 1. "
