"Overall an OK experience, we had a very unsatisfactory drop off. We telephoned as told 20 mins before we arrived at Gatwick to drop off the car. No one answered and we left an answerphone message, tried again no answer. When we arrived at the car park, there was no one to greet us, so I telephoned, phone was answered, I asked where he was, he started to get irritated and lectured me about calling him 20 mins before, I said we left a voicemail, he said they don't receive voicemail msgs, told me to wait 20 mins and hung up. As a result we were rushing for our flight and I had young children with me which added to the stress. The men I dealt with on the phone and who collected the car were rude, didn't care, no apology. The man who took the car off me spoke poor English - just added to my frustration! However, pick up on our arrival back to Gatwick was a breeze, only had to wait 5 mins, and very pleasant, happy lady handed the car over. "
