"Drop off efficient. Pick up very easy. We had our flight diverted from Gatwick to Luton and were not able to pick our car up at the arranged time of 17.00. We eventually got back to Gatwick at 22.30 to pick our car up but this was absolutely no problem. Your staff member was very polite and friendly saying it was not a problem picking our car up late, they were more worried about the inconvenience we had experienced. Will definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks. "
