"I would like to raise a complaint regarding damage to my dashcam. As I was driving back from Gatwick airport last night, I noticed that the dash cam was leaning, and that every time I tried to straighten it, the dashcam reverted to its crooked position. It was only when I got home, and the vehicle was stationary that I noticed that the dashcam unit was no longer attached to the windscreen but was suspended by the adhesive pad which had been stretched and causing the unit to dangle. Also, the cable (for the rear camera) was hanging on by one of its many wires and the separated from the brass-coloured insert which was lodged in its slot. After seeing the damage, I contacted the operator who informed me to email them with photos of the damage. The rear-view camera is no longer operable. I am extremely unhappy, the dashcam was only fitted recently. I have attached photos showing the damage"
