Simply Park Value aims to provide a convenient service by collecting the vehicle at the terminal as you depart and returning it upon arrival.
The vehicle is parked safely and securely in our secure car park, which is manned 24/7 and patrolled by mobile security. Meet and greet parking or valet parking - is perfect for all travelers. Whether you are a golfer or skier battling with heavy luggage, a business traveler rushing to get to check-in, or a young family with small children, our service saves you the time and hassle of searching for a parking space at a busy Gatwick airport.
Greeting Area:
South Terminal : You will meet with one of our contracted uniformed drivers inside the Short stay Orange Car Park 3 Level 1
North Terminal : You will meet with one of our contracted uniformed drivers inside Short Stay Car Park 5.
Fee:
All Airport Access fee is inclusive .
Transfers:
N/A (Short covered walk to and from the terminal)
Insurance:
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.
Height Restrictions:
The height of the vehicle must be less than 1.8m in order to enter into the Short Stay Car park.
There is a Lay-By outside the main entrance of the short stay car park building for all those vehicles with the height more than 1.8m.
Please mention to the driver when you call him before arriving at the airport, you need to drive to the Lay-By area and driver will take the vehicle from there.
Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Simply Park prior to the drop off date.
Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.
Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Services:
We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see above) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to call the service provider on your departure and return day.
Simply Park Value is a brand name and the service will be provided by Sure Parking Ltd. The telephone number of Simply Park Value Gatwick will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email.
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER
We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.

Please call the driver twenty minutes before you arrive at the terminal. Simply Park Value staff will easily be recognized with branded Orange Jackets.
NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

"I made a small mistake while booking as our flight was late at night on 18th so we were landing on 19th, when paid realised that booking is only till early hours of 18th when our flight was late night, so i did email helpline and got fast respond back that need to pay additional £10, which I did that was nice and easy Have to say last month I have used different company and they charged me less as the lady on booking line said as my flight is late at night and I'm landing after 1am, they charged till our flight date, which I think is actually amazing as is a bit cheeky to charge someone for 2 hours Anyway on the way back obviously we landed just before 2, is middle of the night, had my son with me tired one and i was tired, I called reception to tell them we picked up our bags and we are ready, the man on the phone said to me your booking was till yesterday I was like no, original one yes but I did pay extra for that mistake, and he asked if i had any proof and i said yes thats fine and he said he need to see it i said yes that's fine.. but got a bit annoy as is middle of the night you should be on your way, and you just wasting my time over the phone... I'm really sorry but I shouldn't be the one to proof him anything there should be communication on your end ! I came across a bit rude towards him, said yes yes and drop the call, sorry I didn't mean it, but only thing you want is to jump on the car and make your way and then driver came had to show him my bank statement if I did or not, sorry but are you there working together ?? have to say still annoy about it, and especially additional payment was done an hour later, if is last min I could understand but they had 10 days to sort that "
