"Upon collecting our car at 1.30am The drivers window was in the full open position. Driver left rather quickly without saying anything. We went to leave and soon found that the window would not go up at all. Called the company to tell them and they admitted they was aware of the window, but did not tell us and there was nothing they can do. So we was left with no choice but to drive all the way home, over 120 miles at 2 in the morning with the window wide open. And clearly very cold and uncomfortable experience. Not heard anything from them since our return."
