"Last time, the driver parked the car and we saw it slide into the barrier as he did not put the handbrake resulting in scratches. We ignored thus as he said it was his 1st day. This time, driver went off to North terminal instead of Southat Gatwick. We waited around 40 mins at least. We left a washed car and got one dpkashed with mud front and side. Never again. "
