"Very happy with everything except this time was asked to pay £4 for car park ticket when I dropped off my car which had not happened on previous occasions. When I returned this did not happen. I was under the impression that the car park tickets where included in the price I had paid. I have no complaint about the staff and pick up/delivery of my car."

"We have never used your service before we normally go to one of the car parks in the airport but after trying your company for the first time we will certainly use you again. The whole process from arriving at the short term car park and handing over the car keys to your very polite steward and then returning and receiving them back at the time agreed was excellent.
