"The arrival procedure was very quick and seamless, with professional and friendly staff to greet us. Unfortunately, my wife's passport had fallen out of her handbag into the footwell of the car, something we didn't realise until after the car had gone. However, after a quick call it was brought back to the terminal as requested, no more than 20 mins after the request was made, and luckily the passport was located. On returning to the UK, my call was answered immediately, and our car was pulling into the car park 12mins later. One of the best Meet-and-Greet experiences we've had, quick, efficient, professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again."

"No problem on arrival. Quick and easy. Return no so good. More like meet and wait. Told car was at Orange car park level 1 but it wasn’t. Took 40 mins to arrive. These things happen but at 1am not great."

"Very good value for meet and greet, very convenient drop off and collection point, friendly helpful staff and no issues. Had to wait about 20 mins on return but we were not in a desperate rush, comfortable seating area within car park, gave us a chance to catch up with email/text. Also, to be fair, roads and airport were very busy at the time."

"Excellent service providing you read the instructions ! We didn’t phone the number as detailed in the instructions until we arrived rather than 15 mins prior to arrival......cost an extra £4 due to the overstay in the car park. Always read the instructions carefully !!"

"It is the first time we have used simply park and I could not fault them in anyway we arrived 40 mins early on contacting them we were told not a problem go to car park 5 and we will be there very shortly we arrived and the lady was already waiting.On our return we contacted them after baggage Collection they said be there in 15 mins and time we arrived he was pulling in absolutely brilliant we will be using them again without any doubt thank you simplypark "

"Our trip out on the 1st September was successful to a point we were late because of a blown out tyre on the motorway but we did phone ahead to say we were delayed and we were met by a very nice chap name unknown, very friendly and helpful, off the car went. Return on the 15th September we were told that the car would be in the orange carpark by 4.30pm, after phoning twice the car did not arrive until after 5.10pm not good as we had been waiting, and the other thing is that the passenger window was down and had obviously been left down for the whole two weeks as there were remnants of some kind of flower/ dandelion seeds? I don't know why the passenger window had been opened,but I could not get it back up again, it had obviously been done whilst we have been away and just left, that im not happy about that and it will have to go into the garage to be fixed. On the whole it wasa fairly good service but could be a little more organised,"
