"It would be helpful if your confirmation letter made clear pick up would be at the arrival terminal. It states collection will be at the same location as drop off, so as we departed from LGW N and returned to LGW S this caused some confusion. It does not make clear on the confirmation letter that we should call first after leaving baggage collection. I was told this information is on the paper we were given on collection, but unfortunately we went by the original letter. Better consistency between the two documents would be useful. Other than that the service was fine and we know what to do next time."

Some confusion at check in due to the large amount of impatient customers turning up at the same time (all 2 hours before their planned take off I guess. Lots of horn blowing and shouting, some from the staff, maybe and maybe not SimplyPark staff. "

"Overall a good experience Took a few attempts to get through to Simply Park to advise we were 20 minutes away from drop off. Drop off process was very easy - minimal fuss More miles on the car than expected - 16/17 miles so unsure where the car was parked or if it had been moved. Car was pretty dirty on return (smudges on windows etc.) Would likely recommend"
