"Tried ringing the 20/7 number on the Saturday before we were due to fly, not available. Was answered on the Monday before we left. Drop off was fine coming back was the problem. Waited nearly 45mins for the car, when I rang the guy wasn't interested was extremely rude, I put the phone down on him as he just kept repeating himself. Have used other meet & great, certainly won't be using them again "

"Customer service were excellent we unfortunately there was a problem with the car after we had dropped off, the car wouldn’t start and needed a new battery. Fortunately we have car rescue insurance who liaised with your staff to do the repair on site to ensure all OK for our return. Many thanks "

"Staff were excellent, my only comment was the car exterior was absolutely filthy on return, the car had been parked in an area where significant pollution was falling on it. It 2 goes through a car wash to clean it! "
