"The arrival was very good and the gentleman was very polite I had informed him That the driver side window was faulty and was not to be open On collection the car was delivered with the window down and I was unable to get the window back into full position which meant me and my family had to drive home with it open When I asked tye driver why he didn’t follow instructions he replied in broken English I Needed to get a ticket To which I replied you should open the door like I did on arrival He grunted a word and just walked off very rude Disrespectful to a customer I will not recommend your particular company however o will use the service again but with another company "
