Only thing I would say is the company need a sign in the car park areas or wear jackets with company name on so they stand out and easy to find, I had to ask around on arrival to find who was working for simply park! "Everything was great except during drop off it wasn't clear which attendant to approach as there are several different companies operating. Luckily one of the attendants from another company pointed out a van parked further down the car park (in an not so obvious place) which had a couple of chaps sitting in it. I had to knock on the window before they bothered to engage. After that, no problems. "
