"A good service generally and everything went smoothly and punctually both at handover and handback times. Drivers involved were fine and friendly although not particularly communicative but sufficient for the task. Would use again most likely but even taking into account it was a 2 week stay it does seem quite an expensive service so if I was to book again in the future I do hope some small discount option for a returning customer might be offered. "The arrival was very good and the gentleman was very polite I had informed him That the driver side window was faulty and was not to be open On collection the car was delivered with the window down and I was unable to get the window back into full position which meant me and my family had to drive home with it open When I asked tye driver why he didn’t follow instructions he replied in broken English I Needed to get a ticket To which I replied you should open the door like I did on arrival He grunted a word and just walked off very rude Disrespectful to a customer I will not recommend your particular company however o will use the service again but with another company "
