"Your staff where insisting that I was in the wrong terminal despite my confirmation email being shown, the gentleman on the end of the phone when trying to resolve this issue was extremely rude and disrespectful, the mistake was clearly theirs but no effort of an apology was offered , very poor experience never to be repeated."

On time, friendly and no waiting for my car ... they were there within minutes of us getting to the carpark which was such a relief. You do have to pay for your barrier ticket on top but that's quite standard. "
