You do have to pay for your barrier ticket on top but that's quite standard. "

On arriving back in England, I was greeted at the time as stated in the phone call I made to the office, whilst collecting my luggage. I've been using this service for several years now, albeit with a different provider. This was one of the few occasions that everything went according to plan.
