"Upon arrival I called Simply Park at 9.50pm once my case had arrived, and was told my car would be there in 15-20 minutes. I was still waiting at 11pm when my car finally arrived. Unacceptable. I was told the drivers had been in an accident however I had to repeatedly call to find out what was going on. Zero thought of customer service or keeping me informed. Very poor service."
