"The service was terrible - particularly when we arrived home. I called the number which I had to do many times as it was constantly busy. The guy who answered I could barely understand and when I asked him which car park we had to meet him at he said it so quickly and due to his strong accent, was unable to understand him so had to call him back. He told me again and put the phone down! Not impressed. Would rather pay a better price and get a decent service. Do not recommend!"

"The company did not allow us a pleasant start or end to our holiday. Firstly, when arriving at the booked time, I called the number given and it was answered and I was told where to drive and park. On arrival, nobody could be seen of found, I called the number about 30 times over a 45 min period and it was just engaged all the time. This meant we had to leave the car, go check-in our baggage and then my wife and child went through security whilst I ran back to the car hoping I could find someone or I would have to go and park in the Long Stay Car Park at additional cost. Finally someone showed up and I handed over my key and was told that I had to pay the £5 car park fee (news to me!), anyway that done - we went on our holiday. Whilst on holiday I realized that I had booked the return a day earlier in error, so texted the company and they text back saying that's it would be fine but I would have to pay £15 and just call when I am in baggage. Anyway, we arrive at Gatwick and I call the number, yes its engaged again, called about 25 times over a 30-40 min period, no answer - so we went to the car park and my wife called on her mobile and they answered the phone straight away, she passed the phone to me but they asked me to call back on my mobile, I refused and they said the car would be 20-30 min, well 45 mins goes by and no car (there were at least 3 other couples complaining and waiting for cars), I speak to the lady taking arrival car keys and she says they are on their way. I then get a call saying that I need to pay the £15 but car would be 15 mins. Well the 1 lady onsite had a queue of arrivals so I couldn't get to her, another 30-40 mins goes by and still no car. The lady then asks me for my reg, I give it to her and she says you haven't paid me £15 so the car is not coming, unless I pay £15 they would not bring the car! I explained that I had the money but nobody had said this to me and that she was so busy how was I supposed to get to her. Anyway, paid the money and then waiting about 50 mins for the car to arrive - all of this at 4am in the morning! not what you want or need - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and will make a complain to Gatwick"

"The car was clean when I left it but when I came back it was full of dust and bird poo. I don't where it was kept for those days I left it with them. I will not recommend to any one"

"Perfect dropping car and picking up. You need to take £5 cash for drop off parking charges. Very grateful to our driver coming promptly on our return. "
