Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.
NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibility of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

"Exit procedure worked fine. On drop off, however, i waited approx 30 mins for someone to arrive to collect my vehicle. at the same time around 4-5 other drivers were also waiting. Everybody rushed to get the attention of the ONE attendant causing chaos and further delays in key collection. IF 5 vehicles were due to be dropped off at a similar time, surely dedicated staff should already be at the airport waiting for the vehicles?"

"Overall, our family had quite a mixed experience. How your system is setup is brilliant, but how it is carried out in practice is really not that good. Arrived at the correct car park and level only to be told that they were not expecting me. After booking with yourselves, we later had to change the times of drop off and pick up. This info. was not communicated to the people in the car park and resulted in 20-30 mins. wait. We had the time to wait, so it wasn't a problem. If however, we didn't ....! On arriving back at Gatwick after our holiday, there was a long delay with everyone's baggage. I thought it was better to phone yourselves after we relaxed a bit, in a coffee shop. After giving my details, I informed the attendant that we would be there soon after we drunk our coffee. My curt reply was that I had 20 mins. to pick up my car. The attendant told me that he had already put in a request for my car to be brought there and there was nothing more that he could do. If I was given the option to phone him again when I was ready, that would have been fine. I did not want to be rushed, but that was our unfortunate experience."
