Arrival flight arrived early and baggage arrived quicker than normal, phoned the driver who said he would arrive in 20 minutes and he arrived well inside this time, paid our car park ticket and we ere out of the terminal and on our way home. "We have used this company twice now. Both times have been excellent experiences. The staff are helpful and friendly, also very efficient. Furthermore, the price quoted is the price you pay, unlike with some of the companies where you then have to pay extra for the car park. "

"The Sat Nav location was not correct (it was Gatwick North, not Gatwick South) so driving alone and in the dark to find Gatwick South was not easy. Use M23 approach if possible where it is well signed. Check in was easy, check out less so as l waited on the wrong level, not being given the correct level. Once l called, l found car was waiting. Despite the obvious cost of this service, l found it to be a huge convenience and would use again if l had to. "
