"Waited half an hour for my car to be delivered. Staff on site rude and unhelpful. Would have been quicker to park myself will be going back to purple parking. "

"When we rang after collecting baggage, couldn't understand what floor the he kept saying, poor English !!! he then just put the phone down on us. so rude !!! Why different advice to the printed sheet, given when we arrived at the airport ???"

"Waited 45 minutes for car. About 10 minutes into the journey realised non of my heater was working worked perfectly fine before had to drive home with windows open at 11pm. But that's not the worse bit got 56 miles down the road and my gearbox went after recovery came took a look and the gear selector had failed! Never hadn't problem with the cars heating system or gearbox now I have a car on my drive that's going to cost a lot to fix! "

"Great service. I booked the wrong terminal and they sorted it out straight away when we arrived. Dropped the car off at North Terminal Gatwick and we were in the departure lounge within 10 minutes. Then we phoned to say we had landed and we arrived at the pick up point and the car was waiting for us! Great service! Hassle free! "
