"only complaint was on return. heavy traffic on m25 meant the car was a long time getting back to us. rather than being told car would be returned within15 minutes, we should have been told of the delay so were aware and weren't left wondering if we were waiting in correct place. 30 minutes, would rather have had a coffee than stand in car park."
