"Once we had sorted out that the company looking after the car was Sure ltd which took 15 mins to work out and not simply parking as per paperwork everything then went smoothly. The return was good as we called once baggage arrived and we only waited about 5 mins for the car to arrive. "

"Terrible service. When we arrived they didn't check the car over, just took the key and gave us details for when we returned. On return called as requested but then had to call again as they were not at the meeting point. Kept waiting for a few mins. Car key fob had part missing, person delivering car maintained it must have been like that. It eventually turned up in back of the car, why they had removed it I relay don't know as car is key less entry/start. Car had a new dent/chip on it. To be honest there were some already on it so I am not that bothered but when I raised it as part of what had become a heated discussion by that point there was no interest. If you use this company (and I really wouldn't recommend you do) make sure you take a photo of the car before you give keys over or you will have no chance of getting any damage they cause refunded/fixed. Also, they put 15 miles on the clock so not sure where they parked it."
