The only negative is towards Gatwick management, in that although the company’s drop off instructions are clear the airport signage for parking at North Terminal is confusing."

Sadly, we had to wait 30 minutes once we telephoned to say we had collected our luggage - told not to contact before bag pick up to avoid delays! We had already booked parking again in 3 weeks time so are hoping this delay was a one off or we would not recommend. "
